April During the month of April, the board shall select a Nominating Committee Article IV, Section 4
April During the month of April, the Treasurer shall send to each member a statement of dues Article I, Section 2
May 1 The board shall name a chairman for the (Nominating) committee and it shall be such person’s duty to call a committee meeting, before May 1st. Article IV, Section 4
June Meeting minus 2 weeks Upon receipt of the Nominating Committee’s report, the Secretary shall, at least two weeks before the June meeting, notify each member of the candidates so nominated. Article IV, Section 4
June Meeting Additional nominations may be made at the June meeting Article IV, Section 4
July 1 Start of fiscal year Article IV, Section 1
July Meeting The annual meeting shall be held in the month of July at which officers and directors for the ensuing year shall be elected by secret ballot Article IV, Section 2
August 1 All dues shall be payable on or before the first day of August of each year. Article I, Section 2
September 29 A membership will be considered as lapsed and automatically terminated if such member’s dues remain unpaid 90 days after the first day of the fiscal year Article I, Section 4
November 30 Last date to file IRS report (Treasurer).  Can be filed any time after July 1. IRS
